These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Web-Analytics.ai platform and services ("Service") operated by Web-Analytics.ai ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Web-Analytics.ai is an AI-powered analytics advisor that connects to your existing analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics), reads your aggregated website data, and provides natural-language insights, briefings, anomaly alerts, and recommendations. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to update it as needed.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond its intended interfaces
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of your data. By connecting your analytics platforms to our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, retrieve, and process your aggregated analytics data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you disconnect your analytics platform or delete your account.

We do not claim ownership of the insights, briefings, or reports generated for you. These are yours to use, share, and distribute as you see fit.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Google Analytics) via their official APIs. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party platforms. If a third-party platform changes its API, terms, or availability, it may affect our ability to provide certain features.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, briefings, and recommendations based on your analytics data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should:

• Verify important insights before making significant business decisions based on them
• Treat AI recommendations as one input among many, not as definitive business advice
• Understand that the AI interprets data patterns but cannot account for context it doesn't have access to

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content, and we are not liable for decisions made based on it.

7. Plans & Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Free tier: Limited features and usage caps as described on our pricing page.
• Paid tiers: Additional features and higher usage limits. Pricing is listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your account may be downgraded to the free tier.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to the Service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web-Analytics.ai and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web-Analytics.ai and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Web-Analytics.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service itself.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice in the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
